民国三十年三等璀璨之星勳章。底盘为八角星，上覆白色及多彩花饰，中部图案为金边五角星置于深蓝色圆圈中，环绕眩目金属色边缘。中圈红色与浅蓝相间的多彩花饰上有一小五角星，表明此章的级别。部分白色星芒上珐琅有缺，部分珐琅开裂。背面中心位置为一螺丝，另有一铰链别针、铭文及数字440。EXTREMELY FINE.CHINA. Order of the Brilliant Star, Third Class, Breast Star, ND (Instituted 1941).Barac-469; cf.Li-pg. 120-121. Eight pointed gilt plaque superimposed by white and multicolor plaques. Central medallion is dark blue with a gold-rimmed white star surrounded by a gilt band. On the multicolor plaque, the uppermost projection bears a single gilt star indicating the class of this order. There is some minor enamel loss to a few of the white rays, and others exhibit cracks in the enamel, but with no loss. The reverse bears a single hinged and latched tunic pin. There is a single screw at the center reverse as well as an inscription block and the number "440".
