新疆省造光绪通宝十文样币 PCGS UNC Details。样币。极其稀罕。乌鲁木齐铸，满文并不精准。在2011年前，对安徽、浙江、奉天、黑龙江和新疆等省铸币模具模板的来源众说纷纭，直到该年在德国埃斯林根 (Esslingen) Otto Beh公司资料库中，人们发现了此版钱币的样币、模具、盘毂、冲床，这才提供了了解该币种的新角度。1895年，在距埃斯林根不远的格平根 (Goppingen) 居住的路易斯-舒勒 (Louis Schuler) 收到一笔铸币机的订单，于是他委託Otto Beh製作模具。1897至1898年间，后者为舒勒提供了逾200个中国机制币模具，是当时该公司的最大订单。舒勒于1839年开锁匠铺起家，后逐步发展为世界最大的金属加工供应商，为上述省份的铸币厂提供模具。本拍品带有轻微皮壳，或因此而获"Environmental Damage"评级，坯饼有小孔。深打，光泽充沛，轻微包浆。即使是顶级玩家也会为之心动。

PCGS Genuine--Environmental Damage, Unc Details Secure Holder.CCMC-XJQ02; Xinjiang-432; Chinas Geld-pg.89 #6 (For dies only); Ma-Unlisted; CL-Unlisted; Duan-Unlisted; CCC-Unlisted; Y-Unlisted. EXTREMELY RARE. The Manchu inscription appears to be a bungled attempt at the Urumchi mint mark. The discovery of production material in 2011 shed new light on the creation of this coinage. The findings included patterns, dies, hubs and a series of punches from the archives of the Otto Beh company, Esslingen, Germany. Before this, the origin of the dies used to produce coinage for the provinces of Anhwei, Chekiang, Fengtien, Heilungkiang and Sungarei was only speculated upon. Otto Beh was a specialist in the production of seals and dies. From neighboring Goppingen, Louis Schuler received an order for coining presses in 1895 and commissioned Otto Beh to manufacture the dies. In 1897 and 1898, Beh supplied Schuler with over 200 dies for Chinese coins. At the time, this was the largest order that the company had ever received. Schuler, which started as a Locksmiths shop in 1839, had grown to become one of the worlds leaders in metal forming and in fact supplied the aforementioned mints with coining presses. Minor encrustation which probably accounts for the "Environmental Damage", though the planchet is a bit porous. Sharply struck, lustrous and lightly toned. Very interesting and sure to excite even the most advance of collectors.
