Minor Rust, Staining, Retouched.，Here is a tougher Red Seal on this Sherman bank which received its federal charter in 1884. The overprint remains bold as do the machine printed bank officers signatures. The grading service mentions "Minor Rust, Staining, Retouched" on the back of the holder. The assigned numeric grade seems a touch conservative as the paper retains plenty of body.，，
