Sadly, if you are looking for those rare South Carolina blue seals in peach VF with sharp pen signatures, then you will never find anything for your collection. It is virtually impossible to find notes with that combination of rarity and eye appeal. The same goes for most Southern states. The collectors of yesteryear focused on rarity first and condition second. Clover only has two other large notes known to exist. Those are listed as Fine and Very Good. The Fine condition note sold for $8,625 in 2003 in what was a far less developed market. This note is estimated very fairly and should attract attention from collectors in both Carolinas, as Clover is probably a generation away from being part of the Charlotte sprawl.，，
