PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.，East Hampton is located in Hampshire County, which is located in the western part of the state just north of Springfield. This newly discovered note came out of the east pacific and has been perfectly preserved. The note itself is very attractive and one would ask why it only achieved a "65" grade as it is seen with boardwalk margins, near perfect centering, and excellently penned signatures.
