And dont lump this into the category of just a type note. There are 111 Kentucky red seals listed in the census. The highest grade is about Uncirculated. This newly discovered gem is the best on the state by a mile. If you count Kentucky as a Southern state, then this note would be the highest graded Southern red seal known to exist.
