Continental Loan. October 11, 1787. $9 Federal Indent. PMG Very Fine 30.,No. H6B 3431. Signed by Hardy. These scarce notes were issued from 1782 to 1787 in order for the young post-war government to attempt to repay its debts. These were receivable for taxes and came in denominations sometimes in the nineteenths of a dollar. The present note is moderately circulated with just some pinholes seen as noted by the grading service.,,
